Dry Skin

This Pokémon's skin needs to stay moist to stay healthy. It cannot stand the burning heat of the sun as a result and will lose 12.5% of it's maximum HP at the end of each turn it is exposed. During rain, however, its skin flourishes and it will recover 12.5% of its maximum HP at the end of each turn.
Additionally, Fire-type attacks will have their base power multiplied by 25% when used against the bearer of this Ability, and Water-type attacks will heal the bearer by 25% of the bearer's max HP.

Reduces HP if it is hot. Water restores HP.
